Buyer consents to online store terms and conditions
Selling takes place exclusively subject to the following conditions. Variations, particularly oral subsidiary agreements, are only valid if we have given written confirmation of them.
Jurisdiction
Any transaction between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the province of Alberta. The Seller also reserves the right to sue the Buyer or its Guarantor, if applicable, in the province of its domicile.
Canadian Orders
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
All orders have flat shipping rate of $10.
Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our warehouse in Alberta. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the warehouse.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Online Pricing
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
Payment Options
We accept Visa and Master Card as well as money orders and paypal. Cheques and cash are not accepted.
Sales tax
Sales tax for products ordered on this online store is based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandise shipped within the province of Quebec, add 6% GST and 7.5% QST. For merchandise shipped in the province of Ontario, add 6% GST and 8% PST. For British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, add 6% GST and 7% provincial sales tax. All other provinces, add 6% GST or 14% HST, as applicable.
What you can exchange or return
Dreck unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 45 days of purchase.
Items purchased from the Dreck Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at any of our resellers.
How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Dreck Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at any of our resellers.
1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
2. You must include a copy of the invoice
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Changes in pricing and items available
Online store prices and items available are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to display to you only those items which are currently available to order. However, some items, size and/or colors can be out of stock at the time you order. Please note that new items are added frequently.
